Venchurs Vehicle Systems, a company focused on compressed natural gas (CNG) conversion platforms for light-duty trucks, is selling a handful of the demonstration units it has built and used over the past two years.
Noting that it is clearing out the 2011 and 2012 Ford pickups in order to make room for new models, Venchurs says both bi-fuel and dedicated CNG F-250s and F-350s are available. The company is a Qualified Vehicle Modifier for Ford Motor Co., and its converted trucks offer the 6.2-liter engine and a bi-fuel driving range of approximately 650 miles.
