SAE International has debuted its SAE Global Technology Library-Alternative Fuels online database, which provides users with 3,100 technical papers, 60 technical standards and six e-books that address various issues related to alternative fuel use in transportation applications.
The searchable database also features access to public and private research from the U.S. national laboratories, global production data from Lux Research's ‘Alternative Fuels Data Tracker,’ current news and in-depth analysis, and a webzine that covers a range of topics. The organization released a similar tool, the SAE Global Technology Library-Electric Vehicle, in June 2012.
