Major North American fleet management services provider PHH Arval has formed an agreement with VNG.CO in order to enhance its fleet customers' access to compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling infrastructure.
VNG focuses on working with fleets to determine where they need CNG refueling, and then building that refueling network at existing retail gasoline stations and similar locations. VNG handles the CNG equipment installation, operations and maintenance.
‘Working with VNG positions us to provide enhanced alternative fuel solutions for our clients,’ says Bob Sandler, vice president, Enterprise Consulting and Analytics, at PHH Arval. ‘In addition, by targeting high-traffic areas of the fleets we manage, we can work with VNG to provide compressed natural gas fueling where it's most needed.’
The companies note that their relationship will focus on PHH fleets that are integrating light-duty natural gas vehicles (NGVs) into their operations.
