Landi Renzo USA says its compressed natural gas (CNG) bi-fuel systems for 2013 Ford F-450 and F-550 Super Duty trucks will be available on a ship-through basis or via authorized installation partners beginning in the second quarter.
‘Our customers have expressed significant interest in Landi Renzo developing this particular application,’ says Andrea Landi, president of Landi Renzo USA. ‘The widespread adoption of our dedicated CNG and bi-fuel systems, for both Ford- and GM-based platforms, has translated into increased industry awareness of the durability and reliability of our technology.’
The company's bi-fuel systems are already available on F-250 and F-350 trucks. Dedicated CNG conversions are available for the Ford Econoline, F-450, F-550 and F-650 platforms.
