Donlen Corp., a subsidiary of Hertz that focuses on fleet leasing and management, is partnering with VNG.CO to give its customers access to VNG.CO's network of compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling sites.
VNG.CO partners with fleets and other stakeholders to identify their natural gas vehicle fueling needs and then coordinates the build-out of CNG infrastructure at retail fueling locations. The company recently inked a similar CNG-fueling arrangement with fleet management services firm PHH Arval.
‘By partnering with VNG.CO, we're providing resources that our customers need to successfully implement light-duty CNG vehicles in their fleet,’ says Amy Blaine, Donlen's vice president of consulting, analytics and sustainability.
‘Now, in addition to providing analysis and vehicles that show customers where CNG makes sense for them, we're giving them access to a network of stations,’ she adds. ‘This comprehensive program makes sense from both implementation and ROI perspectives and will help customers make decisions about choosing CNG vehicles for their fleet.’
