Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. says it has received new orders totaling approximately $700,000 for its heavy-duty diesel emissions-control products through the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's (NJDEP) diesel retrofit program.
The orders include Purifilter Plus diesel particulate filters from Clean Diesel subsidiary Engine Control Systems, the company notes. Purifilter Plus is approved by the NJDEP under the retrofit program, which requires owners of certain diesel-powered vehicles and equipment – such as dump, recycling and tow trucks – to install control devices that reduce fine particulate matter emissions.
Clean Diesel says shipments of the new orders will be completed in the second quarter of this year.
