Wisconsin Kenworth, a full-service Kenworth truck dealership that has seven locations in the state, has opened a new compressed natural gas (CNG) service bay at its facility outside of Milwaukee.
The company says the service bay, located at 9350 S. 22nd St. in Oak Creek, is one of the first such maintenance sites in Wisconsin dedicated specifically to serving fleets that are using CNG.
‘With our investment into a standalone service bay here in Milwaukee, we hope to show the trucking community just how committed we are to the future of natural-gas-supplied Class 7 and 8 trucks,’ says Mike Oswald, branch manager for Wisconsin Kenworth of Oak Creek.
The new bay will be in operation Monday though Friday from 7:00 am to midnight, and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to noon. The bay features a certified staff of CNG technicians and is equipped with the requisite safety technology.
