J. Rayl Transport Inc., an Ohio-based national carrier and full-service logistics and transportation company, has broken ground on Akron's first compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling station.
The company says the new facility will feature two fast-fill CNG fueling bays, as well as one diesel bay. Construction recently got underway and will likely be complete in May. By June, the station will be open to both private fleets and the public.
J. Rayl maintains a fleet of approximately 200 trucks and 600 trailers, and the company employs more than 250 people.
