Propane Autogas Vehicle Tech To Take Center Stage In Mississippi Later This Month

The Mississippi Development Authority and the Southeast Propane Autogas Development Program are partnering to present the Mississippi Propane Autogas Roadshow on Sept. 20 in Jackson. The event is tailored to fleet operators and related stakeholders who are interested in learning more about autogas applications.

The event, which will be held at the Mississippi Agricultural & Forestry Museum from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., will feature propane-powered fleet vehicles, as well as presentations from Community Counseling Services, the Pearl River County Sheriff's Office, the Propane Education and Research Council, the Mississippi Propane Gas Association, Alliance AutoGas and ROUSH CleanTech.

Virginia Clean Cities administers the Southeast Propane Autogas Development Program, which brings together public and private entities from 10 Southeastern states, Denver and Pittsburgh to deploy autogas vehicles and fueling infrastructure.
