Omnitek Engineering Corp. says CNG One Source of New York Inc. is now an authorized installer of Omnitek's natural gas vehicle (NGV) conversion kits, as well as an official Omnitek dealer. In addition to its suite of NGV conversion systems, Omnitek also develops and sells natural gas engines.
‘The addition of CNG One Source of New York to our growing network of domestic conversion centers provides a solid platform for growth in a region with significant supplies of natural gas,’ says Werner Funk, president and CEO of Omnitek.
Karen Teslovich, president of CNG One Source of New York, adds that the company's fleet customers have shown great interest in converting their diesel units to run on compressed natural gas (CNG). Teslovich's operations are a subsidiary of Pennsylvania-based parent CNG One Source.
Omnitek notes that it anticipates the addition of more conversion-center partners to its nationwide network in the coming months.
