Air & Gas Technologies Inc. (AGT) has completed the construction of a new compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling station in Millville, N.J., for South Jersey Gas. Oxford Engineering partnered with AGT on the station design.
The public-access site is located on Route 47 near South Jersey Gas' divisional operations facility, which will host the gas utility's own fleet of natural gas vehicles. CNG is retailing at the station for about $1.60 less than the price of diesel fuel.
Among the vehicles to use the station will be a natural gas fueled concrete truck owned by the company that provided concrete for the station's construction. Other local fleets will also refuel their natural gas vehicles in Millville.
Air & Gas Technologies has built more than 80 CNG stations since 1995.
