HVAC Firm Converts Light-Duty Vehicles to Propane Autogas

Jackson Heating & Air, an HVAC specialist serving parts of Georgia and Alabama, recently completed 20 propane autogas vehicle conversions in partnership with Alliance AutoGas.

The company chose to convert a complement of Chevrolet Express vans, Silverado trucks and GMC Sierra trucks. Force 911 performed the autogas vehicle conversions at Stanford Automotive, and Alliance AutoGas founding partner Blossman Gas is providing the autogas refueling infrastructure and fuel supply.

‘Making the switch to autogas was a smart decision for our fleet,’ says Dale Jackson, co-owner. ‘Not only is autogas better for the environment than gasoline, it will ultimately save the company thousands of dollars on reduced fuel and maintenance costs.’

Alliance AutoGas coordinates fleet conversions to propane autogas through vehicle conversions, fueling, on-site fuel station installation and ongoing safety training and technical support.
