Mainstay Fuel Technologies, a designer and manufacturer of components used in compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel systems, has reached an agreement with Fontaine Modification, a provider of truck modification services for OEMs, dealerships and fleets.
Under the agreement, the companies will provide a turnkey process for the delivery and installation of CNG fuel systems on Class 8 heavy-duty, over-the-road tractors.
Fontaine will install the back-of-cab and side-saddle CNG fuel storage, management, and delivery systems manufactured by Mainstay Fuel. Fontaine will perform the installations at its modification centers across the U.S.
