Fleet services provider ARI has acquired HPI Fleet and its related European business entities. The transaction is expected to close this month, at which time HPI Fleet will operate as ARI.
ARI says the acquisition supports the company's continued development of a global footprint and follows ARI's recent expansion into the U.K. and Germany. ARI's European operations will now include service delivery to customers in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the U.K.
ARI will manage its continental European operations from its offices in Stuttgart and Frankfurt, Germany, and its U.K. operations from Chippenham, England.
