EVO Trillium LLC has cut the ribbon on a new compressed natural gas refueling station in Tolleson, Ariz., that will help support Swift Transportation's and Sheehy Enterprises' fleets of heavy-duty natural gas vehicles, and will also be available to the public.
This large facility, located at 8301 W. Sherman St., features four dual-hose dispensers with NGV-1 and T-5000 nozzles, backed with Trillium CNG's proprietary fast-fill hydraulic intensifier compressor. The station has been designed to accommodate Class 8 tractors, as well as light-duty NGVs.
‘The opening of the Tolleson location is a key element in Sheehy Express' vision to run an all-CNG fleet from the Midwest to the Phoenix area,’ says John Sheehy, owner of Sheehy Enterprises. ‘This location enables us to run a high-speed freight lane from key markets in Phoenix to Chicago. Adding additional fueling locations is making nationwide operations on CNG possible and practical.’

EVO Trillium LLC is a joint venture partnership between EVO CNG and Trillium CNG.
