Clean Energy Providing Services For Waste Management CNG Stations

Clean Energy Fuels Corp. has signed an agreement with national refuse company Waste Management to provide maintenance and repair services for its compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling stations throughout the U.S. The company will also provide engineering and construction services, as well as compression equipment, through its IMW Industries subsidiary at selected fueling stations.

Waste Management currently has about 1,000 natural gas-powered (both CNG and liquefied natural gas (LNG)) solid waste collection and recycling trucks in its North American fleet. The firm also has CNG and LNG fueling stations at 17 of its facilities.
