Speedway LLC, a major convenience store chain with nearly 1,500 stores in nine states, is working with IGS CNG Services – a unit of natural gas and electricity supplier IGS – to establish compressed natural gas (CNG) refueling infrastructure in Findlay, Ohio.
IGS will build two CNG fueling lanes at the Findlay facility, which will be located on Route 99 off Interstate 75, about 40 miles south of Toledo. The companies are planning to begin construction early this summer.
‘We are pleased to offer our Speedway site as a convenient fueling location for customers with natural gas vehicles,’ says Tony Kenney, president of Speedway.
The Findlay station will be the sixth in IGS CNG Services' portfolio, joining facilities elsewhere in Ohio and in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
