Blu., a company focused on building compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) refueling infrastructure for fleets and other users, has opened its newest station, in Myton, Utah.
This facility offers both CNG and LNG, as well as diesel and gasoline, the company says. Two LNG dispensers are on-site, along with four CNG nozzles. Blu. is planning on expanding the station soon to add four additional LNG dispensers and eight CNG fueling lanes. This expansion will make the Myton station one of the largest of its kind in North America.
‘The station is a critical link in the natural gas network that we're developing here in Utah, which is number one in the nation, per capita,’ said Irene Rizza of the Utah Clean Cities Coalition.
The Myton facility will primarily serve the trucking and corporate fleets that are operating natural gas vehicles along the Highway 40 corridor, as well as trucks being used in the oil and gas fields in the Uintah Basin.
