ANGI to Equip Cynergy Fuels’ New CNG Station in the Deep South

Corridor Clean Fuels LLC has confirmed ANGI Energy Systems as the main equipment provider for its planned Cynergy Fuels compressed natural gas (CNG) station in Dothan, Ala.

The facility will be built in partnership with the Southeast Alabama Gas District at a Home Oil Co. location on Ross Clark Cir. It will be the largest public station in Alabama, accommodating heavy-duty natural gas vehicles (NGVs), as well as passenger vehicles.

ANGI Energy Systems will be supplying two 250 hp compressors, a single-vessel regenerative dryer and a three-tube CNG storage package. Two high-flow Kraus dispensers – each capable of delivering an average of approximately 10-12 DGE/minute – will be on site.

‘The package provided by ANGI will provide the extremely reliable CNG fueling equipment necessary to ensure that expectations of fleet operators are met,’ says Randy Spence, chief operating officer of Cynergy Fuels.

The station design includes an allowance for expansion, to add an additional high-capacity compressor and dispenser, if needed.
