Dover Corp. has completed the previously announced acquisition of Tokheim Group’s dispenser and system businesses, which will now become part of Dover’s OPW subsidiary.
Tokheim is a manufacturer of fuel dispensers – including alternative fuel units – retail automation systems, and payment solutions, and the company has a presence in the European, African, South American and Asian markets.

Livingston, president and CEO of Dover. “The integration of Tokheim’s advanced line of dispensers and automation systems with OPW’s product offerings will provide our customers even more industry-leading solutions on a global scale.”
