Greenkraft Inc., a manufacturer of alternative fuel vehicles and related products, has formally changed its corporate name to Greenkraft Inc. from Sunrise Global Inc.
Sunrise Global acquired Greenkraft in December 2013, and it will continue operations under the existing brand. Greenkraft was formed in 2008, and it focuses on the design, development and manufacturing of compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied propane gas (LPG) forward-cabin trucks, fuel systems and engines.
