Natural gas vehicle trade group NGVAmerica has announced that its 2014 North American NGV Conference & Expo will be held Nov. 10-14 at the Kansas City Convention Center in Kansas City, Mo. NGVAmerica also announced that the Canadian NGV Alliance (CNGVA) will be co-hosting the event.
The group held last year's conference and expo in Atlanta, and the event sold out. NGVAmerica anticipates that the 2014 event will draw greater attendance than the 1,100 who came to Atlanta. In turn, conference organizers have booked 20% more exhibit space in Kansas City, as well as reserved more space for breakout sessions and other programs.
NGVAmerica says the conference's website will be online soon. In the meantime, a Conference & Expo Planning Committee will be formed to work on the complete show program, and NGVAmerica and CNGVA will be conducting an outreach campaign to public and private fleet operators.
