NG1 Technologies, a cleantech solutions company in the diesel transportation and diesel engine industry, has hired Sam Ray as vice president and director of sales and promoted Art Meissner to vice president of development.
Ray, with more than 20 years of sales management experience driving organizational growth and profitability for small, midsize and Fortune 500 companies, will now focus on acquiring new business within the transportation industry in the southeast, specifically in Georgia and Alabama.
Previously, Ray served as the regional account manager for an electronic fleet inspection, tracking and operations solutions company, Zonar Systems, where he managed sales and business relationships in a five-state region.
Meissner, with 25 years of experience with automotive companies, is primed to execute NG1’s aggressive development and growth strategies. Previously, he had C-suite experience through turnaround strategies with several leading companies.
