On Nov. 28-30 in Arlington, Va., American Trucking Associations (ATA) is presenting the organization's first event dedicated specifically to addressing natural gas-powered trucking.
The ATA Summit on Natural Gas in Trucking will examine recent fleet experiences; current and future technology from truck and engine manufacturers; vehicle maintenance and repair shop considerations; the status and timeline for expanding natural gas fueling infrastructure; and discussions related to relevant policy.
‘We expect this natural gas summit not just to be attended by a whole host of leading executives from trucking, manufacturing, the energy sector and the government, but we expect it will come to be thought of as an important mile marker on the road to increased natural gas use in trucking,’ says Bill Graves, president and CEO of ATA.
Registration for the event will open to ATA members on July 2, and general registration will begin in August. For more information, call the summit hotline at (703) 838-1935, send an email to email@example.com, or check in at the ATA website.
