Clean Energy Fuels subsidiary BAF Technologies, a company focused on compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicle conversions and related alternative fuel systems, says its recently released CNG Payback Estimator tool has gone mobile for the iPhone.
Available for download via iTunes, the app assists fleet managers in performing cost-benefit analyses of CNG vehicle conversions. The tool uses a number of variables – i.e., conversion cost, CNG fuel price, etc. – to estimate the payback period. The app also yields data related to potential fuel savings and other metrics.
