Applied Natural Gas Fuels Inc. (ANGF), a producer and distributor of liquefied natural gas (LNG) fuel for the transportation and industrial markets, has appointed David B. Kilpatrick to its board of directors.
Since 1998, he has been the president of Kilpatrick Energy Group, a consulting firm to oil and gas companies. From 1996 to 1998, Kilpatrick served as president and CEO of Monterey Resources Inc., an independent oil and gas company in California. He also held managerial positions at Santa Fe Energy Resources.
Kilpatrick also currently serves as an independent director of Cheniere Energy Inc. and as a director of the California Independent Petroleum Association, the Independent Oil Producers Agency and BreitBurn Energy Partners LP.
