XL Hybrids Inc., a provider of hybrid electric drive solutions for commercial and municipal fleets, has added former FedEx executive Dennis Beal to its advisory board.
Most recently, Beal was vice president of global vehicles at FedEx Express. He retired in 2014 after 17 years with FedEx Express and FedEx Freight, where he was responsible for all vehicles, including alternative fuel vehicles, and the FedEx Express research and development division.
“Being part of XL Hybrids' advisory board allows me to keep my finger on the pulse of the latest advancements in hybrid electric technology and other alternative fuel innovations, while helping an industry-leading company grow its business,” comments Beal. “My focus at XL Hybrids will be on voice-of-the-customer programs and extending my industry relationships to the team.’
