Atlanta Airport Marriott has purchased a pair of new compressed natural gas (CNG) shuttle vehicles to complement the two it already has in its fleet. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport with these vehicles.
The Atlanta Airport Marriott says the purchases are a part of their involvement with the Clean Cities Atlanta Petroleum Reduction Program. The program received a grant from the U.S. Department of Energy's National Energy Technology Laboratory in 2009 as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
