Another Hydrogen Fueling Station Comes to Golden State

A new hydrogen fueling station has opened in the city of Lawndale – the 28th retail hydrogen station in the state of California.

According to the California Fuel Cell Partnership (CaFCP), the station is open 24 hours, like most of the other hydrogen stations in the state.

This announcement represents another step forward in California’s efforts to reach 100 retail hydrogen stations statewide, supporting the rollout of fuel cell electric passenger vehicles. CaFCP and its members are also working on stations for fuel cell buses and medium- and heavy-duty trucks.

The partnership says it is also drafting a vision of the next phase of the passenger vehicle commercial launch in California and across the U.S.
