Alliance AutoGas Adds AutoPort To Propane Vehicle Conversion Network

AutoPort Inc., a vehicle processing and modification facility, has joined Alliance AutoGas to provide propane autogas conversions for fleets in Delaware, eastern Maryland and the eastern Virginia shore.

As a certified Alliance AutoGas conversion center, AutoPort will support alliance fueling partner Sharp Energy, beginning with converting three of Sharp Energy's own fleet vehicles.

‘AutoPort has an impressive capacity and expertise for servicing vehicle fleets and will play an important role in raising the profile of autogas in Delaware, Maryland and Virginia,’ says Stuart Weidie, president of Alliance AutoGas.

With more than 30 years of experience, AutoPort has processed and modified over 2 million vehicles for automotive manufacturers including Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, American Honda, Suzuki, Mitsubishi and Toyota. AutoPort has the capacity to handle over 300,000 vehicles per year.
