Agility Fuel Systems, a designer and producer of alternative fuel storage and delivery systems for heavy-duty trucks, buses and specialty vehicles, has named John M. Devine and David Crompton to its board of directors.
Devine joins the board as chairman of the audit committee. He retired in 2011 as the executive chairman and CEO of Dana Holding Corp., a supplier to the global automotive, commercial vehicle and off-highway markets. He also served as the vice chairman and chief financial officer of General Motors from 2001 to 2006.
Crompton has been with engine manufacturer Cummins Inc. for more than 25 years and currently serves as vice president and general manager for the heavy-duty, mid-range and light-duty worldwide engine business.Â
‘We are excited to welcome John and David to Agility's board,’ says Michael Gallagher, Agility chairman. ‘Their perspective and experience will be tremendously valuable as the market for heavy-duty natural gas vehicles grows and develops.’
