Thigpen Energy, a company focused on providing natural gas fueling for high-horsepower applications, is partnering with Chart Inc. to develop on-site liquefied natural gas (LNG) solutions.
Thigpen mainly provides LNG, compressed natural gas (CNG) and field gas fueling solutions for drilling, pressure pumping and other industrial applications. The company also coordinates LNG supply, logistics and diesel engine conversions.
‘We've chosen to partner with Chart Inc. as our preferred LNG equipment supplier because of their willingness to listen to the end user and truly understand the value of providing innovative, custom-designed solutions,’ says Sam Thigpen, the company's president and founder.
Construction of the new equipment is currently under way, and delivery will begin in July and continue throughout the year.
