National Truck Protection Inc. (NTP), an independent provider of extended service contracts to the trucking industry, has initiated work toward devising special coverage plans for natural gas engines.
‘We are working closely with some of the leading fleets and OEMs in the industry to understand their market needs and their coverage requirements,’ says Robert S. Amico, president of NTP. ‘As the market expands its use of natural gas technology to improve efficiency and range, we will need to be prepared to support them.’
NTP Inc., which has been in business for three decades, focuses on providing private-label warranties to OEMs and extended-service contracts to the used-truck segment through its network of corporate and independent dealers.
