amp Trillium LLC, the joint venture between ampCNG and Trillium CNG, hosted an official grand opening ceremony on Friday for its public-access CNG station in Dalton, Ga. The joint venture initially announced that the station was online in late October.
Company representatives and local officials attended Friday’s ceremony, which included a ribbon cutting and fueling demonstration. Located at 107 Tilton Rd. SE, the station features Trillium CNG’s proprietary fast-fill hydraulic intensifier compressor (HY-C) and enables three Class-8 trucks to fuel simultaneously at 10 DGE/minute. The station will service Dalton Utilities’ CNG vehicles, as well as public fleets.
