Phillips & Temro Industries Inc. (PTI), a Harbour Group company, has acquired EVoCharge Inc., a supplier of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure solutions.
Based in the Los Angeles area and founded in 2009, EVoCharge provides EV supply equipment and cable management solutions. PTI provides thermal management systems and controls for the transportation and heavy-equipment markets.
