Fuel Systems Solutions Inc., parent company of clean-transportation technologies firms such as IMPCO Automotive and BRC FuelMaker, has appointed Anthony Harris to its board of directors, assuming the board seat that will be vacated by William J. Young on Dec. 31.
Harris, who will serve on Fuel Systems Solutions' audit and compensation committees, is president and CEO of Campbell/Harris Security Equipment Co. (CSECO). Prior to acquiring CSECO, he was vice president of marketing for Calpine Corp., and also filled roles for companies including PG&E Energy Services, Pacific Gas and Electric Co. (PG&E), Ford Motor Co., and Ford Aerospace and Communications Corp.
