AmeriGas Propane Inc. has elected Hugh J. Gallagher vice president of finance and chief financial officer. He is succeeding John Iannarelli on May 20.
Gallagher, who also currently serves as treasurer of parent company UGI Corp. and AmeriGas, joined UGI in 1990 and has served both UGI and AmeriGas in various finance, accounting and operations roles.

AmeriGas is the largest retail propane marketer in the U.S., serving over two million customers in all 50 states from over 2,100 locations.
