McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing Inc., a manufacturer of refuse truck bodies and a provider of compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling solutions for heavy-duty fleets, has expanded its service and support network.
TEC Equipment is now an authorized parts and service provider for McNeilus – an Oshkosh Corp. company – in the Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington markets. McNeilus factory-trained technicians will continue to support all markets.
“Expanding our network is part of an overall strategy to provide our customers with more options to best meet their needs after the sale. This initiative with TEC helps us accomplish that,” says Brad Nelson, president of Oshkosh Corp.’s commercial segment and McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing.
McNeilus will provide technician training to ensure that TEC Equipment personnel have extensive working knowledge of all McNeilus products. Two years ago, McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing teamed up with Agility Fuel Systems to deliver a comprehensive natural gas solution for North American heavy-duty fleets.
Headquartered in Portland, Ore., TEC Equipment has been serving the commercial vehicle industry for more than 40 years.
